Trent M. Clark
Is an internationally acclaimed keynote speaker and one of the world’s foremost thought leaders on leadership level development, cultural growth, building and leading winning teams, and mentorship. His energy and insights on leadership, culture, and organizational performance originated from his years coaching in professional baseball with some of the most acclaimed coaches of all time, and being part of teams that went to three World Series— including the 2002 World Champion Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim! In business, Coach Trent has honed his skills of servant leadership through the franchising system of 1-800-Got-Junk? with Brian Scudamore and Cameron Herald, plus the Entrepreneurs’ Organization, serving both in local and global leadership capacities. He also has started and built 12 brands and organizations in fitness, marine transport, government contracting, NIL education, and leadership development and consulting. Coach Trent’s journey to success began on the tennis court as a ranked junior player and a baseball player, later playing both sports at the University of Toledo. His journey to excellence was paved by some of the best coaches in the world, like Sparky Anderson, Nick Saban , Tom Izzo, Bobby Magallanes, Mike Butcher, Don Wakamatsu, Mike Scioscia, Ty Van Burkleo, Joe Maddon, Mike Hargrove, Bud Black, and more.
Coach Trent resides in West Michigan with his wife of 29 years, where they have five kids, a daughter-in-law, and a grandson. In his work, he never stops learning to enable teams to thrive and enjoy their work together and create massive impact across the globe!
