About Trent M. Clark
I’m Trent M. Clark—a 3x World Series Coach, leadership speaker, entrepreneur, and founder of Leadershipity. Over the last 25 years, I’ve led high-performing teams in Major League Baseball, built and sold multiple businesses, and coached CEOs and executives across the globe.
But none of it came easily.
I grew up in Michigan, learned grit and hustle on the ball field, and spent over a decade in pro sports, where results were everything. When I transitioned to the business world, I carried those same high standards—and discovered that success without systems will crush you.
Today, I help leaders double EBITDA and company value in half the time, using proven frameworks for culture, clarity, and accountability. I've spoken to hundreds of teams across the U.S., sharing what I’ve learned from coaching some of the best athletes in the world—and leading entrepreneurs at the top of their game.
I believe we all face two pains in life:
The pain of discipline or the pain of regret.
I chose discipline. And I teach leaders how to do the same.
